From your first call to a finished floor
Once you send a request, Grace or another member of our client experience team follows up within one business day to schedule a free in-home consultation — typically within a week across our core service area. During that visit, we measure your space, assess your subfloor, and walk through material, species, and finish options in person, since photos rarely capture true color and grain. You'll leave with a written, itemized quote broken out by material, labor, and prep, with no pressure to commit that day. Once you approve, we schedule material lead time and installation together so there's no guessing about your move-in or renovation timeline.
